How to Make a Cupcake Topper

Step 1. Gather your supplies
Circle hole punchs One larger than the other
Lollipop sticks (toothpicks work too)
Paper (2 different colors)
Glue (school glue works just fine)
Sticker or stamp


Step 2. Punch out the large cicrle this will be the back of your topper
Punch out the small circle this is where you will stamp your design or apply a sticker

Step 3. Stamp or apply your sticker to the smaller circle

Step 4. Spread glue evenly on the upper 1/3 of your lollipop stick or tooth pick

Step 5. Place the lollipop stick or toothpick between the large circle and small circle.

Step 6. Wait for it to dry

Your done!
